Placing my Order
When you’re ready to place an order, you’ll do everything from the Confirm Order page.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Every order needs at least one PO reference.
- You can also add a Vessel Name if it’s relevant to your order.
- If you’re using your own courier, make sure to enter your courier account details.
- If you’re choosing the collection option, you’ll need to fill in the Collection Agent information.
- There’s a field for Additional Information — use this if you want to share extra details with the warehouse team.
- Any updates or replies from the warehouse will appear directly on your Orders dashboard under the order details.
- Once all required information is filled in, you can continue to the next step and make payment if needed.
Important:
Before you finalise the order, double-check everything.
Changes can’t be made directly on the platform once the order is submitted.
If something needs to be corrected, you’ll need to contact Pole Star Support.
After placing the order, it will appear in your Orders dashboard.
If the order is marked Awaiting Payment (meaning it’s a pro-forma invoice order), you can cancel it at any time by clicking Cancel from your dashboard.
