How to Log into OnDemand Platform

Logging In to OnDemand

Follow these steps to log in:

1. Open the OnDemand login page. 
   Go to https://ondemand.polestarglobal.com/?page=login in your web browser.
2. Enter your Email / Username.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click Log In.
   If this is your first time logging in, you may be asked to accept terms or update your profile.

If You Cannot Log In

Try these quick checks:

• Make sure your email and password are correct.
• Remove any extra spaces in login fields.
• Click Forgot Password to reset your password.
• Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
• Try logging in using Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
• Make sure your internet connection works.

If the issue continues, please contact our support team and provide details of any error messages you may receive

Resetting Your Password

If at any point, you can’t remember your password, it’s easy to reset: 

1. Go to the login page - https://ondemand.polestarglobal.com/?page=login 

2. Click Forgot Password? 

3. Enter your email address, click Send Link 

4. Once you receive your email, click on the link and you’ll be prompted to enter a new password. 

Once reset, you’ll be logged in automatically.

 What Happens After Login

• You will land on your Dashboard. This dashboard is visible for all users:
• • Screening 
  • Register Vessels
  • Conformance Testing
  • Conformance Test Certificates
  • Marketplace
• Your visible menu items depend on your user role.
• • Home
  • LRIT
  • • Vessels
    • Conformance Tests
    • Certificates
    • CTR Search
  • Screening
  • Team
  • Marketplace (If available)

Logging Out

When you’re finished, select Logout from the profile menu to securely end your session and protect your account.
