Payment Step

Once you have finished reviewing the vessel data from the CTR order, the next step is Payment and Delivery:

• Finance / Delivery Data requires you review the fields and ensure all the information is correct. 
• Select the delivery option (FAST TRACK OR STANDARD)

i. Standard: Digital/PDF CTR copy will be sent within 3 working days of our receipt of cleared funds 

ii. Fast Track: Digital/PDF CTR copy will be sent within 1 working day of our receipt of cleared funds

• Purchase Order Number (req): Input your Purchase order number, if you do not have one, input the vessels Name/IMO
• Select the Currency: USD or GBP
• Input the correct Billing Company, Email, Name, Telephone Number and Address are correct
• Check the Delivery Contact Name, Email and Telephone Number are correct, if not please input the right details
• Additional Email Address(es): For Please add any additional emails that should receive the Digital/PDF copy of the CTR them here.
• Customer Comments: For any additional information please input it here Once the form has been filled out correctly, click on Proceed

Select a payment method and click Proceed. You will not need to select a payment method if you have credit terms.
