Freight Quote Requests
- For Pole Star Courier deliveries, a freight quote is required.
- Your cart will be emptied, with a corresponding quote added to your Quotes dashboard at Awaiting Freight Quote status
- The warehouse has been automatically notified of pending freight quotes to action
- Once a freight quote has been calculated, the quote status will change to Freight Calculated. You’ll also be alerted via email, together with the freight quote
- Quotes are valid for 5 days, during which time any product stock in your quote is held. We’ll send 2 reminders to you to place your order within that 5-day period, after which the stock held is returned to overall stock and your quote will be set to Quote Expired
- Once you place your order, the corresponding freight quote will then be deleted. All quote details will be in the emails sent to you for reference if required.
